Gaban also says that there’s more than one person in the Straw Hat crew who can use Conqueror’s Haki. Sanji thinks it’s him, but Gaban talks to Zoro. Luffy already knew Zoro has it too. Hajrudin says he won’t release Loki. But Luffy asks Loki to join his crew — that way Hajrudin would have to release him. However, Loki, Hajrudin, Zoro, and Sanji do not agree with Luffy’s plan. Gaban reveals to Luffy, Loki, and Hajrudin that he and Shanks were in Elbaph during the events of that terrible day. A flashback begins. 14 years ago, Loki went to the castle to ask King Harald why he aligned with the World Government — the ones that killed Rocks D. Xebec. When Loki arrived at the castle, he found King Harald pierced by his own soldiers. Meanwhile, Shanks told Gaban that he once bonded with King Harald and wanted to meet him again. Then a mysterious figure stole the legendary Devil Fruit in Elbaph. Another flashback starts at the end of the chapter — this time 109 years ago. Here we see a young and wild Harald rampaging through a human kingdom.
